Acceptance of terms
These terms cover use of the Coast Esports website and purchases from our store. Before paying, you are asked to agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy shown at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Use of the site
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to access.
Store purchases
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change for future orders. Your checkout may show a pending status while Stripe confirms payment; we do not dispatch an order until payment succeeds. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be supplied, a price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
Payments
The price and currency are shown on each product and at checkout. The final total, including any shipping charge and applicable tax, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; Coast Esports does not store complete card numbers. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Vouchers and promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, expiry, and usage limits.
Customer accounts
You may sign in with Discord to view orders completed while that account is authenticated. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Discord account and signing out on shared devices. Account access does not transfer ownership of anonymous orders or orders linked to another Discord user.
Shipping and delivery
International delivery is estimated at 7-21 days after dispatch; this does not include order preparation time. Customs or carrier delays can affect the estimate. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly. If we cannot supply an order within an agreed or reasonable time, we will provide the solution required by applicable law.
Returns and consumer rights
Coast does not offer voluntary returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, a customer-selected size that does not fit, or customer-supplied customisation mistakes when the item matches the order. Our Refund Policy explains the process for faulty items, delivery problems, and return costs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
Intellectual property
The Coast Esports name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by Coast Esports or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to independently operated platforms such as YouTube, X, and Discord. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. These links do not change Coast's responsibilities for purchases from our store.
Website availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. We may correct website content for future use. This does not change an existing accepted order or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including compensation required by applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page. Changes apply to future use and orders placed after the update. They do not change the terms of an existing accepted order unless you agree or the law requires it.
